booklists page photoBooklists can be ordered by either handing your completed booklist at Schoolworks Supplies, your participating school or kinder by ordering through our secure online booklist ordering system below.       

*CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS* Please note, we will be closed for Christmas from Friday 22nd December at 5pm until Tuesday 2nd January at 9am.   Booklist orders may still be placed online or paper copies deposited into our secure mail box on the front of our shop.                  

PAYMENTS: PayPal or credit/debit card payment accepted online. PayPal Pay in 4 allows you to pay in 4 interest free payments. Your first payment is due at the time of purchase and the next 3 installments are due every 14 days after your first installment.

PRICE INCREASES: Due to circumstances out of our control, each year publishers increase the price of their books. Therefore the price on your booklist may be different.

We have a  delivery option available for a flat fee of $20.00.(Scroll down for more information) . We have a drive through pick up available for all PREPAID orders. Prepaid orders may also be collected by a third party on your behalf.

To order: Click on the link above link titled 'Select Your Booklist Online' and then select 'Book Fair' from the drop down list. Make sure you select complete your details and select your school/kinder. 10% from the sale of books from this catalogue will go to your nominated school/kinder. Local children's author books are not in the catalogue but may be ordered via the online booklist ordering portal. Select the books and quanities required. All orders are individually packed and we offer FREE delivery to your local school/kinder. Alternatively we can post anywhere in Australia by selecting the delivery option and completing the address details. Please advise us in the comments section if you would like your books gift WRAPPED for free. Once you have finished your order, please complete your payment details. Credit card details are processed through our secure card payment system. You may download a copy of your order for your records. Year 7 & uncollected booklists from Year 8-VCE   Thursday 18 January 2024  8.30-6pm at Schoolworks Supplies, 147 MacLeod St, Bairnsdale 8.30am to 6.00pm (Next to EG Water)


VCE- Either: Date Tuesday 12th December 2023 8.30am to 6pm from Schoolworks Supplies, 147 MacLeod Street, Bairnsdale or at the book collection day on TBA depending on which option you selected on the booklist. (If you are unsure, please contact us)

Years 7-10 - Monday 22nd January 2024

Gippsland Grammar VCE

Booklists must be either handed in to us or completed online asap. Schoolworks will contact you to advise when your booklist is ready for pick up prior to Rollover commencing. A delivery option is available.


(1) Please place your orders promptly to avoid any delays in securing your books.
(2) If you need to amend an existing order, please contact us on 03 5152 4086 or email books@schoolworkssupplies.com.au ASAP
(3) If you place your booklist order online, do NOT return a paper copy of your order, as this may result in duplication
(4) Prepay with our fully secure payment system and save time on Collection Day. A friend/relative can collect on your behalf.
(5) Refunds Policy: You can return any unwanted items for a refund on the day of purchase, with the exception of electronic books (digital).
A store credit may be offered after this date for items in A1 condition, unopened and at our discretion. A full refund will be provided for damaged or faulty goods.
(6) Full Eftpos facilities are available at all Book Collection dates
(7) Please refer to your school for any queries relating to your child's subjects.
(8) If an item is not available, it will be placed on backorder and you will be notified when collecting your order. When the item is available, it will be delivered to the student at school (prepayment is required). Alternatively, back orders may be collected from us up until the commencement of Term 1.

Delivery: We are offering a secure delivery option. For a flat delivery fee of $20.00, your order will be delivered to your chosen delivery address.  Any items on back order will be delivered to your school for distribution by the school at the start of Term 1. These will be highlighted on your order form with your delivery. Delivery times will be around the same time as the school book collection dates. Payment is required in full prior to delivery. When ordering online, please select the 'delivery' option at the bottom of the booklist.
